What we collect

When you use the quiz, we collect the full name, birth date, and email you enter. For the Compatibility Report, we also collect a second person's name and birth date — entered by you, without needing their email. We don't collect passwords, since there are no accounts.

What we do with it

Your name and birth date are used to calculate your numerology numbers and generate your report. Your email is used to create your report record, deliver the report, and send purchase-related messages. We don't use this data for anything else, and we don't sell it.

Who else sees it

Three services process data on our behalf, each only for what they need:

• Hotmart — our payment processor, handles payment and receives your email and order details to process checkout.
• Anthropic — generates the written portion of your report from your calculated numbers via their Claude API.
• Resend — delivers the transactional email containing your report.

We don't share your data with anyone beyond these three.

How long we keep it

We keep report records so you can revisit your report and so we can help if something goes wrong with an order. Email us to request deletion of your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@fatelyn.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
