These terms govern your use of Fatelyn (fatelyn.com) and the reports we generate for you. By using the site or purchasing a report, you agree to them.
Fatelyn generates numerology reports from the full name and birth date you provide. Reports are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Don't make major life, health, or financial decisions based solely on a Fatelyn report.
You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your country to purchase a report. If you're under the age required to do that where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission and involvement.
We don't have user accounts — each report is tied to the name, birth date, and email you submit at checkout. You're responsible for entering accurate information; a report generated from the wrong name or date won't match you.
Purchases are processed by Hotmart, our payment processor. Hotmart handles billing, receipts, and tax collection for your order and appears as the seller on your card statement. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
Don't use the site to submit someone else's personal information without their knowledge for harassing purposes, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or resell reports as your own work.
Your report is yours to keep and use personally once purchased. Fatelyn retains ownership of the underlying method, prompts, and site itself.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Fatelyn isn't liable for decisions made based on a report, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that report.
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
